Same as with the Buy-Fix-Sell, we buy run-down properties that have the potential to be transformed into highly valuable assets.

What value do we bring to the table?
Tanya and Alex are a "working partner" with contacts, knowledge and experience in real estate market. As a partner, we will be responsible for:
- Finding and securing profitable homes that fit our business models
- Strategize and plan
- Finding quality contractors to improve the homes
- Value added renovations and ongoing improvements
- Providing a team to get a home financed if applicable
- Managing the marketing and selling of the homes via a competent Realtor
- Managing the marketing and renting out the homes
- Providing the necessary book keeping to determine profiability
- Providing a Joint Venture agreement in which the Money Partner can secure his or her interest on title.
What do we look in a partner?
Person wishing to Partner with us need to fit one of the following categories:
- A mate, friend or familiar of the principal (ie: Alex or Tanya)
- An accredited investor
How does the partner get paid?
There are two ways to be involved:
A fixed preferred return in which the partner receives a flat interest rate and is paid before we take any Profit
OR
Equity split where the partner and us will split the profits pro rata at the same time.
