We believe that the foundation stones for a balanced success are honesty, character, integrity, faith, love, and loyalty. This is the only way to create a long-term relationship. So, we would like to start with sharing a little bit about ourselves.
Tanya and Alex are married with 3 children and a dog, living in Ottawa, Ontario.

Without knowing, our destinies from the very beginning, were remarkably similar.
Both Tanya and Alex born in former Soviet Union for an educated parents who had jobs and businesses, house, car, friends and extended families.
In the middle of the 1990, when USSR was collapsing, the personal safety and the economical atmosphere in the country did not project good future, our families decided to immigrate to Israel.
They left everything behind, and started a new life, in a new country, without knowing the spoken language, without jobs and without friends. Our parents wanted better life for their kids. They did it for us and for our future.

Our first experience
with real estate was in 2012. We built our primary residence house.

It was an intensive period, that involved infinite learning, decision making, working with people we never
worked with, and dealing with problems we never dealt with. The results were remarkable. |

Four years later, we took a similar decision of our parents and decided to move to a new country,
to Canada. Like our parents, we did it for our kids. For the safety and the future of our children. |
In March 2016, we added to our portfolio 1976 detached house in Winnipeg, Manitoba
and flipped it to our self.

We joined Keyspire group by HGTV’s Star Scott McGillivray and Michael Sarracini to learn different real estate streams and investment techniques. Land Development project in Toronto, ON and syndicated mortgages to finance a project in Hamilton, ON, added to our investment portfolio.

Therefore, we kept investing in real estate education and joined BlackCard University by Stefan Aarnio,
an Award-Winning Real Estate Entrepreneur, and his inner circle to learn the strategies to achieve our vision.
This is how we started our adventure of Buy Fix Sell and BRRRR.
After learning the "secrets" of flipping and BRRRR, we built our success team, and closed on six deals in less than one year.
